What happens to your access after you cancel?

Once your subscription is cancelled, your permission to use IMG.LY products and services ends. This is not just about losing access to the dashboard. As set out in the Terms of Service, you are required to remove all IMG.LY intellectual property from your systems, including any code, assets, or features integrated into your application.

What you need to do after cancellation?

Before considering your offboarding complete, make sure all IMG.LY code has been removed from your application and that no IMG.LY features, assets, or integrations remain active. This step matters not just for compliance, but also to avoid unexpected charges. If your application still calls IMG.LY services after cancellation, for example through an export feature, an API integration, or any background process that triggers our SDK, those calls may still be billed. Removing the integration cleanly is the surest way to make sure nothing runs in the background after your plan ends.
