In the case of failed payments from our customers in India, we recommend you:
- Try to authorize each payment with 3D-secure. This should open automatically. (If this doesn’t work, check the latest e-mail for a failed payment confirmation, and click the blue Identity Check field.)
- You can also try another credit card. (From our experience, a Credit Card works better than a Debit Card)
- If the payment fails again, it may mean that you are not allowed to trigger overseas payments. In this case, please reach out to your bank and request a solution.
If needed, we can provide you with a proforma invoice, or an invoice that includes our bank details for a bank transfer.
