How do I submit a feature request?
If you have an idea that would make our SDKs work better for your use case, we genuinely want to hear it. Customer feedback shapes how we prioritize what we build next.
How to send us your idea?
Go to the support desk and open a new ticket. From the ticket type dropdown, select Feature Request and describe your idea in as much detail as you can. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and passed on to the product team for consideration.
There is no guarantee every request will make it onto the roadmap, but every submission is read and taken seriously. The more context you can give us about your use case and why the feature matters, the better we can evaluate it.
