Can I change my subscription term from monthly to yearly, and vice versa?

Yes. It is possible to make changes to your current subscription terms, for example switching from a monthly plan to an annual one, and vice versa.

To request a change in your subscription term, please submit a support request and our Customer Experience Specialists will be happy to assist you. The changes will take effect after the expiration of your current plan. In the case that no feature changes were made to your plan, your license keys remain the same.
