Uptime at IMG.LY depends on the type of license you are on, so it is worth understanding which category applies to you.

Client-side licenses (purchased before October 2023)

If your license was purchased before October 2023, all rendering processes run directly on your users' devices. This means your integration is not affected by server availability at all, and your users experience no disruption regardless of what happens on our end.

Server-side licenses (purchased or updated after October 2023)

For licenses purchased or updated after October 2023, validation happens server-side. While IMG.LY does not offer a formally guaranteed uptime figure on standard plans, our track record speaks for itself. Since the company was founded, our server uptime has consistently exceeded 99%.
