Client-side licenses (before October 2023)
For licenses purchased before October 2023, all rendering processes run client-side on your users’ devices. These licenses are unaffected by server downtimes, ensuring seamless operation.

Server-side licenses (after October 2023)
For licenses purchased or updated after October 2023, validation occurs server-side. While IMG.LY does not guarantee a specific server uptime, we are committed to continuously improving our products.
