Does my IMG.LY license expire?

Your IMG.LY license is tied to your subscription, which runs on a monthly or annual billing cycle with automatic renewal. As long as your subscription is active, your license stays valid and your end-users never experience any interruption.

Your subscription renews on its own

There is nothing you need to do to keep things running. At the end of each billing period, your subscription renews automatically, so your license simply carries on without you having to think about it. You will only lose access if you actively choose to cancel.

If you do decide to cancel

Once a cancellation takes effect, your license is no longer valid. If you know you will need continued access, just make sure your subscription remains active before that date arrives. Our team is always happy to help you think through your options if you are unsure.
