Why is my payment failing? Indian Credit Cards

In the case of failed payments for Credit Cards issued in India, we recommend you:

  1. Try to authorize each payment with 3D-secure. This should open automatically. (If this doesn’t work, check the latest e-mail for a failed payment confirmation, and click the blue Identity Check field.)
  2. You can also try another credit card. (From our experience, a Credit Card works better than a Debit Card)
  3. If the payment fails again, it may mean that you are not allowed to trigger overseas payments. In this case, please reach out to your bank and request a solution.

If needed, we can provide you with a proforma invoice, or an invoice that includes our bank details for a bank transfer.
