1️⃣ Authorize the payment with 3D-Secure
- The 3D-Secure authentication should open automatically during the transaction.
- If it doesn’t, check your latest email for a failed payment confirmation and click the blue Identity Check field to complete the process.
2️⃣ Try another credit card
- In our experience, credit cards work better than debit cards for international payments.
3️⃣ Check overseas payment permissions
- If the payment fails again, it may indicate that your card does not allow overseas transactions. Contact your bank to enable international payments or resolve the issue.
Alternative payment option
