      How can I upgrade or downgrade my license?

      Customers after October 2023

      To upgrade or downgrade your license, please get in touch with your sales representative or submit a request via the support desk. Our team will be happy to consult you and ensure that your license is set up based on your needs. Should you exceed usage levels, our team will get in touch with you to discuss updated licensing options. 

      Customers before October 2023

      To add or remove a feature IMG.LY customers should submit a support request. Our customer experience specialist will be happy to assist with any changes you’d like to make.  Make sure to include the features you’d like added/removed per platform and SDK in your request, and we’ll do the rest.
