What data does IMG.LY transmit to its servers?

Privacy is a priority at IMG.LY. The data transmitted to our servers is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the service and verify your license. No personal content is ever involved.

What gets transmitted?

  • Export activity. The number of exported images or videos is sent to our servers. This is how usage is measured against your plan.
  • License verification. Each session includes a check to confirm your license is valid and active.
  • User IDs (optional). If your application has a sign-in feature and you choose to enable this, a unique user ID can be transmitted to help accurately calculate your monthly active users. This ensures that a single user accessing your app across multiple devices is counted only once rather than as separate users.

What we do not collect?

IMG.LY does not handle, gather, or transmit any images, videos, or personal data to its servers at any point.
