When does a subscription cancellation take effect?

You can cancel your IMG.LY subscription at any time. The exact date your cancellation becomes effective depends on your subscription type and contract situation, so it is worth knowing what to expect before you submit your request

How timing works for monthly and annual plans?

Cancellations do not take effect immediately. If you are on a monthly plan, your cancellation will become effective at the start of your next payment period. If you are on an annual plan, it will take effect at the beginning of your next annual billing cycle. In both cases, you retain access to your current plan until that date.

What changes if you are on a signed contract

Signed contracts follow a different rule. If your subscription is covered by a signed agreement, it cannot be cancelled mid-term. Your request will be registered and scheduled to prevent auto-renewal when the agreed term ends. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, our team can confirm it when you reach out.
