Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

According to our Terms of Service, IMG.LY subscriptions are non-refundable. Customers can cancel monthly contracts a week, and yearly contracts one month, before the end of the subscription period. As a general rule, we do not give refunds on subscriptions whose auto-renewal date has passed. However, in the event that extenuating circumstances occur, our support team is available and will make decisions on an individual basis.
