Cancellation deadlines to keep in mind

Monthly contracts must be cancelled at least one week before the end of the current subscription period.
Annual contracts must be cancelled at least one month before the renewal date.
Auto-renewals. If your renewal date has already passed, a refund will not be issued for that cycle.
Signed contracts cannot be cancelled mid-term. Your cancellation will be scheduled to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the agreed term.

As outlined in the IMG.LY Terms of Service, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. The best way to avoid an unwanted charge is to submit your cancellation request before the renewal date.
