Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

As outlined in our Terms of Service, IMG.LY subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation policies

• Monthly contracts: Can be canceled up to one week before the end of the subscription period.
• Yearly contracts: Can be canceled up to one month before the subscription renewal date.
• Auto-renewals: Refunds are not provided for subscriptions whose auto-renewal date has passed.

Extenuating circumstances

While refunds are not typically issued, we understand that unique situations may arise. In such cases:

• Our support team will review requests on an individual basis.
• Signed contracts: If you are under a signed contract, cancellations cannot be processed mid-term but can be scheduled to prevent renewal at the end of the agreed term.
