How renewal works?

Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year, both on the same date as your original subscription start.

How to cancel before a renewal?

If you decide not to renew, you need to submit your cancellation request before the renewal date. The notice period depends on your plan:

• Monthly contracts must be cancelled at least one week before the renewal date.
• Annual contracts must be cancelled at least one month before the renewal date.
• Signed contracts cannot be cancelled mid-term. Your cancellation will be scheduled to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the agreed term.
